There was an incompatible change in Google Play's online service which prevents the WayteQ MovieBox CX device to communicate with the Google Play store. If you want to use the Google Play service, an update of the Google Play application is necessary.

 

Please follow the link and download a newer release of the Google Play aplpication within the "Browser" application of your MovieBox CX device.

After the successful download, a notification message will appear on the right-bottom corner of your TV. Please select that notification to start the installation of the application update.

 

After finishing this installation, the MovieBox CX device will be able to use the new Google Play service.
